The 16th Student Congress, organized by the Faculty of Agriculture since 2005, will be held on 10 May 2022. The congress aims to provide a scientific platform for students to make a presentation on a research topic of their interest related to the field. The abstract submission will be open on 21 February 2022 until 21 March 2022. An abstract of 200 words summarizing the study is required for the application. The submitted abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The accepted submissions will be asked to prepare a full text manuscript prior to the presentation. In order to enable the participation of International Students from Universities that have protocols with our Faculty, online sessions will be included in the program.

The topics will be climate change; sustainable agriculture; carbon footprint; biodiversity; aquaculture, environment and life; animal production and life; integrated pest and disease management; soil and life; agriculture and technology; impact of pandemic on agriculture and food; milk,  dairy products and health; agricultural biotechnology, environmental friendly agriculture; xeriscape, sustainable cities, urban green infrastucture
